Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions through agile methodologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate R&D
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks affecting emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track adoption of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services based on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business information
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive communication capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning, market forecasting, and competitive intelligence methodologies
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CEIM) or emerging technologies preferred
