Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to assess technological viability, market readiness, and ethical implications
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Proven experience translating exponential tech trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced biotech, spatial computing, or decentralized systems
- Strong background in scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive technologies
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-level
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy (patents, articles, keynotes)
