Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with quarterly horizon scanning reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into product development cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs for early technology adoption

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation
- Proven track record of translating emerging technologies into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, Web3)
