- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech disruption patterns and competitive intelligence for proactive strategy adjustments
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines and customer experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching technology-forward products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and R&D budgets >$5M
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
