Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, space tech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with tangible business applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research labs, universities, and technology incubators
- Create comprehensive technology impact assessments for executive decision-making and investment prioritization
- Develop and maintain a Future Technology Radar system to monitor disruptive innovations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or startup experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
