Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Analyze market trends and technological disruptions to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and business teams
- Conduct scenario planning for technological adoption and regulatory impacts
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage technology portfolio allocation and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling
- Strong communication abilities for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
