- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to anticipate disruptive shifts
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching products/services based on emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact on technology-driven business transformation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy Institute) preferred
