Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities in Web4.0 and decentralized ecosystems
- Design adaptive governance frameworks for AI/human collaboration in 2026+ workplaces
- Produce predictive models for tech adoption curves and regulatory impacts
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Present strategic insights to global stakeholders at industry summits and board meetings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-vision track record
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on tech evolution (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience developing scenarios for technological singularity and ethical AI alignment
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact on tech adoption (case studies required)
