Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Develop patentable frameworks for AI ethics and autonomous system governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of emerging concepts
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disruptive innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTe) or equivalent foresight methodology

- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI projections
