Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with global market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on exclusive R&D initiatives for next-gen breakthroughs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption, providing actionable foresight
- Mentor a cohort of technology futurists while fostering an innovation-first culture
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at director/executive level
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or AI governance
- Exceptional foresight modeling skills with published industry trend analyses
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for tech ventures
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and competitive landscape mapping
- Speaker credentials at premier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
