Responsibilities
Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their potential impact on our industry and business operations.Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap aligned with company goals for the next 5 years.Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate future technologies into our product offerings.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the evolving tech landscape.Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Stay current with global tech trends and build relationships with key players in the innovation ecosystem.Drive innovation initiatives and pilot programs to test and validate new technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related field.Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a business context.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning.Passion for technology and a deep understanding of current and future tech trends.
