Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted decentralized systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from DARPA and NSF consortia
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
- Mentor next-gen engineers in exponential technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum or AI systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for cross-border data flows (GDPR, CCPA)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting technology launches
- Certification in Futurism from Singularity University or equivalent
