Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption threat assessments for emerging technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation for high-potential R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through internal education and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with >$50M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech implementations with measurable outcomes
