Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technology integration across core business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 market impact
- Design scalable architectures for federated learning and decentralized data ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain implementation
- Proven track record of leading $1M+ technology transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology domains
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts to business value
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
