Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-7 year market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Mentor innovation teams and champion a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
