- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to position company as industry pioneer
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D to accelerate development of next-gen products and services
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and impact on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CTO-equivalent role
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
