Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with clear milestones and KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze market trends to position InnovateCore as a thought leader in next-gen tech
- Present technology strategies to investors and board members
- Mentor junior R&D staff in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience building innovation labs or incubation programs
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or futurism
