Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate technological insights into actionable plans
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as technology thought leader
- Manage technology incubation projects from concept to prototype validation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) highly desirable
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
