- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
