Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Design frameworks for ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of tech innovators, academic partners, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk modeling
- Exceptional communication abilities for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
