Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent presentation skills and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments
