Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing futuristic tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
