Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, carbon-negative tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology assessments for strategic decision-making
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
