Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes for disruptive tech
- Collaborate with VPs to align innovation with business objectives
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and academic research
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
