- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to pilot emerging solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate ethical/regulatory implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Track record of launching successful tech transformation initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership
