- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across R&D projects and pilot programs
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference keynotes
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-focused development methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products/services with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech integration
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up tech environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Strategic partnerships with top-tier research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
