Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for scalable adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen product features and service models
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk analyses
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and external ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) with proven implementation experience
- Strong background in strategic planning with track record of executing future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
