Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML systems at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch expertise)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing algorithms and hardware architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Proficiency in patent strategy and technology commercialization
