Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and assess competitive landscapes
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and measure ROI of experimental technologies
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or metaverse ecosystems
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and venture capital evaluation
