Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI frameworks and risk mitigation plans
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching future-facing initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
