Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+ business applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with corporate objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional implementation of pilot programs for next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, bio-digital interfaces)
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for future-tech initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in horizon scanning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
