Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across multiple business units
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects from ideation to market launch
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
