Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and finance teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and nurture partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products (3+ IPOs or acquisitions)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Experience managing enterprise-scale innovation portfolios
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, AWS ML Specialty)
