- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and business development to align innovation with commercial goals
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and market opportunity assessments for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
