Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing for emerging tech sectors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech showcases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
