Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and technology partners
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-functional ideation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
