Responsibilities

- Architect innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons and ROI projections
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation maturity tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology journals or platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
