Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
