Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech convergence, spatial computing) to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Develop patent-pending innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Present future tech visions to Fortune 500 clients and venture capital partners
- Lead a 12-person innovation lab in rapid prototyping and MVP development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven track record in emerging technologies
- MBA/MS in Technology Innovation or equivalent from top-tier institution
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Successful exit from previous tech startup (acquisition or IPO)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
