Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic R&D investments
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across global business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or advanced materials
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
