Responsibilities

- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and transformational success
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML solutions across enterprise environments
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, quantum computing, or synthetic biology landscapes
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Experience leading cross-cultural R&D teams in matrix organizations
