Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and synthetic biology applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with ethical guardrails
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and market adoption patterns for 2026-2030
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for experimental technology initiatives
- Document intellectual property and patent opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and trend analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certification in technology management or innovation preferred
