Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Conduct foresight analysis on emerging tech disruptions (biotech, nanotech, Web4.0)
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grants
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proof development methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints in our Austin FutureLab incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years at director level
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural-symbolic AI
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional systems thinking and ethical tech advocacy
