Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and impact analyses to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking frameworks
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across 15+ global product lines
- Author thought leadership pieces published in IEEE and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding from VC/government sources
- Published author or keynote speaker at CES, Web Summit, or similar events
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
