Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent industry breakthrough portfolio
- 5+ years leading quantum/AI research at FAANG or national lab
- Published work in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Experience securing SBIR grants exceeding $10M
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Rust
- Active contributor to IEEE P2815 (Quantum Computing Standards)
