Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess strategic implications for 2026+ market landscape
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions (AI/ML, IoT, biotech)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-backed insights
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Foster internal innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and talent development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO) preferred
