Responsibilities

- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future tech domains
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor R&D teams in next-gen innovation methodologies
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability in future tech implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, AWS ML Specialty)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
