- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruptor threat assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
