Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AR/VR, decentralized systems, or neuromorphic computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
