Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or clean tech)
- Expertise in technology assessment frameworks and innovation methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, academic institutions, venture capital)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
